Fully individualised programme designed by your very own strength and conditioning coach.
We listen to each athlete’s individual needs and design a training programme specific to them and their lifestyle. Our programmes have been tested by recreational, elite, professional and Olympic and Paralympic level athletes...so you know you're in good hands.

Momentum Performance Testing protocol.
If you aren’t assessing, you’re guessing. Our Performance Testing protocol lets us analyse every aspect of your athletic profile, so we can highlight strengths and identify performance limitations, to ensure each programme remains as specific to you athlete as possible.

Programme design and prescription is driven my objective data and evidence-based practice and training principles.
Our Elite Performance Programme takes advantage of the latest research and technology available to offer elite-level of service, to continuously monitor performance, pinpoint areas of opportunity and optimise goal setting and programming.

Develop and express new levels of strength that transfer directly into your sport.
Our programmes have been tested by athletes competing in a variety of sports, ranging from football, golf, tennis and rugby, to surfing, mountain biking, freestyle skiing and triathlon. Have the convenience of all your training programmes delivered right to your phone via an interactive training app. Giving you access to monitor and track past, present and future workouts, so you can see where you have come from, and where you are going...

We will send out our Momentum Training Intake Form. Fill it out and return.

Consultation

With 48 hours, we will be in touch to set up a Consultation Call.

Onboarding

We will email onboarding instructions to you. Download the app and finalise profile set up.

Perform

Programme will be delivered within 7 days of Consultation Call. Enjoy the journey!
