About Momentum Training

Anchor 1

WHY MOMENTUM TRAINING WORKS.

We take the guesswork out of your training, so you can focus only on what really matters.

OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

PRINCIPLE DRIVEN, ADAPTATION LED.

The purpose of Momentum Training is to create lasting positive change in people’s lives through high-quality coaching that improves how they move, feel, and perform. We provide honest, evidence-based training in an environment built on trust, care, and long-term athletic development—helping athletes and everyday individuals build resilience, confidence, and the physical capacity to live fuller, more active lives. Our methods are grounded in a training system tested with professional and Olympic-level athletes, ensuring results are both proven and adaptable to every individual.

Our work is guided by four core principles:

Person First, Athlete Second
Real progress starts with trust. We coach the human before the athlete—building strong relationships, genuine buy-in, and environments where people feel valued beyond performance. When people feel supported, they perform at their best.

Individualised Approach

No two athletes are the same. Every programme is built around the individual—their goals, lifestyle, training history, and current needs—guided by ongoing assessment, so each athlete can train with confidence, enjoyment, and purpose within a system designed specifically for them.

Sustainable Progression
Long-term success comes from consistency and adherence to the plan. For this reason, we prioritise sustainable training practices, to support long-term compliance, progress, and elevated levels of performance.

Evidence-Based Practice
Our methods are grounded in science and real-world coaching experience. We focus on what truly matters—removing noise, applying proven principles, and delivering results that last.
