Terms and Conditions

Sales Policy:

 

The purchase of products from Momentum Training are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.  All customers are advised to review these carefully before making any purchase.

  1. Coaching packages must be paid for in full (or, as applicable according to programme payment schedule for Elite and Gold level plans), prior to programme commencement.

  2. All coaching content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s they purchased to any third party or person.

  3. You agree to abide by the agreement with Momentum Training that all fees paid for online training and related services will be paid to Momentum Training. 

  4. All pricing and rates indicated are non-inclusive of applicable gym fees. Customer is responsible for paying own gym membership/guest fees in order to gain access to training facilities for programmed sessions. 

  5. All purchases made from Momentum Training are non-refundable. Since the products made available are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds.

  6. By purchasing from Momentum Training, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent to purchase from Momentum Training), and accept these Terms & Conditions, which shall apply to all purchases made.

 

Coaching Policies and Procedure:

 

  1. Participation in any tests and future exercise is voluntary. 

  2. It is your full responsibility to inform Momentum Training of any problems you experience as well as any changes to your physical and medical condition.

  3. All questions/interaction outside of initial and pre-agreed consultations during in-programme* timeframes will be replied to within 48 hours. *In-programme is defined as payment having been received and either, a) First In Person coaching session of purchased plan having been completed, or, b) Elite or Gold level programming consultation call has been completed.

  4. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, the programme cost is non-refundable (applicable for all ‘Plans’).

  5. We require a minimum of 7 days after the Consultation Call, to provide your programme. All programming will begin on the nearest proximal Monday to this 7-day period ending. (Applicable to Elite, Gold and Custom programming plans).

  6. The expiration policy requires completion of all In Person coaching sessions within 120 days from the date of the contract. In Person coaching sessions are void after this time period.

  7. Cancellation/rescheduling of an In Person coaching session has to be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled session. If session cancellation is made within 24 hours, no session reschedule will be available and this will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

  8. Client’s arriving late to an In Person coaching session by less than 15 minutes will receive the remaining scheduled session time (at the same financial value as per one full training session).

  9. Client’s arriving late to a scheduled an In Person coaching session in excess of 15 minutes without prior communication (as per T&C 7.), will result in the session being cancelled and will count as one ‘used’ session from purchased plan.

  10. Momentum Training reserves the right to cancel the training relationship at any time if they feel that the programme is not conducive to client health or wellbeing.  

 

 

 Additional Information:

 

Momentum Training reserves the right to amend any information and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised Terms and Conditions shall be provided immediately.

 

Return Policy:

 

Online coaching and associated programming are deemed ‘used’ after download or accessing personal training profile via TrueCoach. Momentum Training therefore has a strict NO REFUND POLICY in regard to dissatisfaction with product.

 Online Coaching/Client Agreement

  

You consent to being aware of your own health and physical condition and have knowledge that your participation in a Momentum Training programme and associated fitness testing procedures may be injurious to your health and you are voluntarily participating in Momentum Training exercise programming.

 

Having such knowledge, you thereby release Momentum Training, its representatives, employees and successors from liability for accidental injury, illness or death which you may incur as a result of participating in a training programme issued by Momentum Training. You hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said programme.
