In person quality of service and attention to detail, delivered remotely.

We listen to each athlete’s individual needs and design a training programme specific to them and their lifestyle.

If you aren’t assessing, you’re guessing. Performance testing highlights strengths and addresses performance limitations to ensure each programme remains as specific to the athlete as possible.

Our Online Athlete Programme takes advantage of the latest technology available to offer in-person attention to detail and analysis, in a remotely delivered programme, to continuously monitor performance and pinpoint areas of opportunity.

Recently I had a serious knee injury requiring surgery, coupled with not being able to go to the gym for rehab, I was at a bit of a loss in what to do with the limited equipment and space I had.

GETTING STARTED.

How the Momentum Online Athlete Programme works...

HOW IT WORKS

1)))

PICK YOUR PROGRAMME

Depending upon your goals, training status and individual needs, pick a plan that is relevant and applicable to you and fill out the contact form under the 'Express Your Interest' button.

2)

COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRES

Once we have received your contact form, we will reach out with a Welcome Pack for you to complete and send back to us. The Welcome Pack includes a lifestyle and goals questionnaire, as well as relevant health and injury history forms. This information allows us to start to build a more detailed picture of your training background, injury and medical history, and your training goals and aspirations.

3)

BOOK YOUR STRATEGY CALL

Book your strategy call. This call precedes your programme commencement and is an opportunity for us to discuss (in more detail), any further questions or concerns you may have, to go over the feedback presented in the questionnaires and ultimately make sure we are both on the same wave length and understanding moving forward. 

4)

PAYMENT

Upon completion of the strategy call, programme payment will be taken.

5)

PERFORMANCE TESTING

After our strategy call (and once payment has been received), you will be sent an email link prompting you to finalise set up of your training profile within the coaching app, as well as details on how to complete the Performance Testing protocol. This testing protocol will be completed prior to programme commencement, as the information gathered from this guides exercise and programme prescription. 

6)

WAIT FOR YOUR PROGRAMME

 

Based on the information gathered from the questionnaire/s (and further discussed during the strategy call), and the data gathered from the Performance Testing, we will then begin to design your programme. This will be delivered on a predetermined date decided during the strategy call. At this stage, you will be sent a summary email highlighting the finalised programmes goals and objectives and a brief summary of the results from the performance testing protocol.
